Born and raised in South Louisiana, I’ve always had a love for cooking. As that passion grew, I opened my own catering business. The more I cooked, the more I realized I could never quite find the perfect seasoning. They were all too salty, too spicy, or just didn’t suit my taste. So, I started mixing my own seasoning, and that was the beginning of JR’s Cajun Seasoning. Now we are in stores across Louisiana and my passion for cooking has grown as I travel the state cooking at Music festivals, City events, Private events, Competition’s, and more!
